"My boyfriend really liked these because he finds standard condoms too tight to be comfortable. His penis is extremely wide at the tip and then tapers to an average girth at the base. We have tried Trojan Extra Large, but they are wide all along the shaft causing the ring to sometimes slide forward during lovemaking. These Magnums give him the comfort he likes at the head of his penis and the secure fit he needs at the base so we can have reliable contraception. The only improvement he would like to see is a thinner condom in this size."
