We hope any item you purchase from us will be enjoyed indefinitely but sometimes things happen. Just in case, here is our return policy.

Returns are Easy:

1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we have a 60-day unconditional money back guarantee. You may return any item within 60 days of delivery for a replacement, exchange or refund (see additional policies below). Just let us know which you prefer.
2. If an item fails within one year of receipt due to manufacturer defects, we will replace or refund at our option and also refund for return shipping (no additional return fees will incur). If an item is damaged due to misuse, abuse or accidental damage, we will be happy to work with you to repair or replace it, although we have to charge a 10% return fee and cannot reimburse for return shipping. Defective VHS and DVD will only be replaced with the same product.
3. Due to the ease of duplication, VHS and DVD are returnable only if the seal is unbroken. We are unable to issue credits for returned VHS and DVD based upon the inability to play them on foreign video/DVD players. Please see our DVD/video ordering info page.
4. Electrically powered toys also may not be compatible with foreign voltage. If you are placing an international order for one of these toys, please be sure you have the proper transformers to use them. We will not accept returns on electrical goods shipped overseas due to voltage incompatibilities
5. If you purchased a SALE ITEM, these items are not returnable unless a manufacturer defect is detected.
6. Any refund or adjustment will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. For instance, if you paid by credit card, we will refund that credit card.
7. We will charge a return fee of 10% on all returns except for manufacturer defects.
