Inventory Availability

We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "in stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. If any selected merchandise is temporarily out of stock, your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise is shipped to you. We will let you know as soon as the package is scheduled to ship whether or not all of the items are available.

Please note: Any items not in stock when you place your order will be shipped when received from the manufacturer at no additional cost to you.

Backorders (out of stock items)

Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. We will let you know as soon as the package is scheduled to ship whether or not all of the items are available. When we receive the product, we will ship it to you promptly and notify you via email when we do so. Backordered products usually come into stock within one to four weeks, but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update via email. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our website.

If payment was made by check or money order, your credit will be placed in your Libida.com account and will be automatically applied to your next order. Shipping Charges and Policies

Please remember that the estimated shipping time is from the day the product is shipped, not necessarily from the day you place your order. Product availability may increase your delivery time.

Shipping and Handling

Orders placed after noon PST will be processed the next business day based upon stock availability.

Please note that the time for Rapid Delivery is from the date of shipment and NOT from the day the order is placed. Rapid Delivery may be in transit for 3 days before arrival. Should we not be able to fill your Rapid Delivery order within 2 business days of the placement of the order due to inventory issues, we will notify you via e-mail.

Rapid Delivery is available only in the continental United States. We are unable to provide this service to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Canada or other international destinations.

We do not ship on major holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Customs and Import Duties Information

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. You are responsible for any additional customs charges, as Libida has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products.

* International orders:  Please check the status of delivery to your country via the USPS website. There may be countries we are unable to ship sex toys to. Generally, Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, North Korea, and Lebanon are restricted but other countries may be included from time to time. We ask that you be aware of the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult sex toys and DVDs before placing your order, as we are unable to issue credit for items seized by customs or any country.
