How much commission do I earn?
You earn 15% of the gross sales from purchases made by visitors from your site. The order must be placed during the visitor's click through session in order to qualify for the commission. (In other words, if the visitor returns directly to the Libida site at a later date, without going through your link, the order will not be coded to your account.)
Libida offers all of our affiliates the opportunity to earn 20% on each and every sale made with your Libida affiliate code. Complete $500 in sales each month and your affiliate sales check for that month will reflect a 20% commission on ALL sales.
What are "gross sales"?
Gross sale refers to the total order amount, minus costs for shipping, handling, and taxes.
How often am I paid?
You are paid 30 days after the end of each month. For example, any order made in October would be paid out on December 1st.
Will I see sales reports?
With each payment you will receive a sales report showing the activity in your account for the quarter. Reports show the number of orders, the gross sales, any refund activity, and the products ordered. Within 30 days you will receive a URL and password to login to your reports, which are available 24 hours a day.
How do I create links to the site?
We will provide you with a special code that will modify the URL links to our site. You must use your affiliate code on each link that comes into Libida in order for us to track the orders. You cannot cut and paste in URLs from the site without the code or we will be unable to track the orders.

Can I link to product pages?
You can link to any page on Libida's site. Linking directly to product pages usually results in higher sales. We are happy to help you with product selection and review.
What if a link doesn't work?
Simply contact us at affiliates@libida.com and we'll straighten things out.
Who fulfills the orders and provides customer service?
Libida does all the order fulfillment and provides all the customer service, so you don't have to worry about a thing!
What's your return policy?
We want our customers to be absolutely happy with their purchases, so they'll come back for more. Therefore, customers may return any purchase for any reason within 60 days.
Do you have any privacy guarantee?
Libida is committed to protecting your confidentiality. We've adopted these practices to guarantee your visitors privacy and ensure a satisfying shopping experience.

We do not sell, trade or rent our customer information.
We send all packages in discreet packaging with Bedrock, Inc. on the label, and list Bedrock, Inc. on credit card statements.
Do you have any criteria for sites you accept?
We invite sites of all kinds to apply to our affiliate program, but we won't do business with sites that engage in any illegal activity, and we reserve the right not to do business with a site.
Do you have any age criteria?
Visitors to Libida must be over 21. If you have a click-through age verification page on your site, you may link directly to any page on our site. If you do not, your users will have to go through an age-verification page on our site before they get to their desired destination.
